KD On My Feet

I ABSOLUTE FELL IN LOVE with Nike's KD 8 EXT vibrant and textured pattern from the moment I saw them a couple months back on S neakernews' Instagram. Kevin Durant's Aunt Pearl floral graphics always seem to be a crowd's favorite from his sneaker line and I can't believe since they dropped this past Mother's Day I can call it mine. I am such a sneakerhead, but only a few sneaker styles tend to catch my eye – this definitely being one of them. Just a plus that I have a thing for roses, so anything with this pattern I want to own – especially in my favorite colors: black, white, and red. The KD 8 EXT are very stylish and comfortable shoes without the over bulkiness that most basketball shoes are designed to be like. This is my first pair of KD's and I must say I am extremely impressed.

What could be one of the silhouette’s final colorways, the Red Floral aesthetic utilizes a seamless canvas upper, luxurious contrast leather branding, and a clean white midsole for a simple yet refined look. What do you think of KD’s latest? Let me know. Have a great Monday! - xo Mel
