Paradiso Dallas

Helloooo Paradiso – A new European-focused restaurant that serves wood-grilled entrees, house-made pastas, and more "simple" dishes. If you're in the mood for a beautiful ambiance, check out the vibrant, plant-filled Paradiso in Bishop Arts. The atmosphere is lovely. It's light, airy and full of beautiful velvet and leather seating with tons of greenery. The bar is in the middle, and it has plenty of seats if you don't have a reservation. I recommend their wood-grilled pizzas, as well as everything on their cocktail menu — their drinks, are dangerously delicious. I got their drink, Paradiso Soda which includes Strega, gin, passion fruit, mint, oranges flower water, and topo chico and it was so good. For starters, we ordered the 'Toasted Fregola' house-made Italian sausage, manila clams, pickled peppers, white wine, and herbs. It was tasty! For lunch, I ordered the pizza and salad combo, and my daughter got their smoked salmon, in which at first she didn't like it. She is more of a cooked salmon type of girl, and even I wasn't into it. But lucky their wait staff was attentive and asked their chef if they can grill her a salmon, and the next round was perfection.

If you are looking for a fresh new spot to grab drinks, good patio, and a beautiful atmosphere in Dallas, be sure to check out Paradiso in Bishop Arts.
