Holy Matcha

"Mmm, matcha sayyyyy?!" ( Lol ) Almost nothing makes me happier than a small business with a super cute aesthetic, great product, and stellar service! Holy Matcha's got it all and our visit was everything! While we were in San Diego, my daughter and I visited Holy Matcha (East Village location) to see what the buzz was about. The ambiance of Holy Matcha is like no other. I am not gonna lie; I just came for the cute aesthetic for Instagram. I am not much of a matcha fan, but I wasn't disappointed in the “Dirty Matcha” that I got. The ingredients were simple enough for me: cold brew coffee, matcha, and a splash of milk. Easy peasy. Their menu is straightforward, basically matcha everything. Ha! Surprisingly it was not crowded when we arrived as most people mentioned, but we did go as soon as they opened their doors. The decor is super girly and Instagram worthy for sure. I would recommend going early to avoid a crowd. Also, make sure you wear a cute outfit so you can get plenty of pictures in this trendy place with your trendy drink!
