Polka Dot & Red Lips

Is it Spring yet? I know it's tomorrow, but I can't tell with this crazy weather. One day it's amazing patio weather, and the next day its thunderstorms and cloudy. I would just love steady 75-degree weather. Can anyone agree?

While browsing through one of my favorite stores Target a couple of weeks ago, I immediately was drawn to this polka dot blouse. I am not sure if it was the pretty black and white look, the silhouette, the billowy sleeves that add a feminine touch, or the fact that I was craving spring clothes but I had to try it on. You know when you try something on and you feel like it’s supposed to be yours? Well, that is EXACTLY how I felt about this polka dot long sleeve blouse. I knew that I had to get it so I can wear it throughout the spring and summer. Even though Dallas spring weather sometimes can be hot, something about adding this polka dot blouse to my closet adds to my excitement that Spring is about to come!
