SMILE WITH SMILE BRILLIANT
Anyone who knows me knows how much I love coffee. One, two, who I am kidding maybe up to 4 cups a day. But with this love of coffee can come with big consequences like yellow stained teeth … eek!
I always wanted to go into a dentist to get them professionally whitened, but that can be expensive! And I never had the patience or discipline to upkeep with at-home whitening stripes. Recently, Smile Brilliant reached out to me, and it changed my smile for the better. I liked that they offer a custom whitening tray to fit my teeth (Because we all know those whitening stripes doesn’t cover those back teeth) and they also offer you desensitizing gel to re-hydrate your teeth to help protect your enamel. The process was super simple and depending on how often you use it, you can see results in just a couple sessions. Personally, my teeth and gums are sensitive, so I used it every other day. But some bloggers (you can watch a YouTube video below) use it every day for a week and saw instant results!
Here are the steps:
- Blend the blue and white puddies together until they’re a light blue color and fill the blue mold tray
- Insert into your mouth and press against your teeth to make the top and bottom teeth molds (they give you an extra just in case you mess up)
- Mail in your molds
- Once you receive your clear trays in the mail, fill with the whitening gel and leave it on between 30-45 minutes
- Rinse, and use the desensitizing gel for 15 minutes
- Smile and repeat!
I did my whitening sessions for about 30 minutes because I could feel the intensity of the gel and knew it was working. It is very easy to use before you go to bed so you won’t forget. I feel like this entire process was more effective than any whitening strip, toothpaste or mouthwash has ever worked, and it’s a fraction of the cost of going to the dentist. I am excited to keep up with this process and continue using Smile Brilliant. It does work! I mean who wouldn’t love to whiten their teeth in the convenience of your own home.
