Black & White Floral Skirt

In continuing my slight addiction to black and white, I saw this beautiful floral skirt for under $20 from of course none other than one of my favorite stores Forever 21 and feel in love. Added a crop top, clutch and a pop color for the shoes to make that color block statement attire for any occasion.
