Bishop Cider Co

I'm not much of a drinker. Occasionally a glass of wine here or there, but I do have a weakness for Cider. I think because of the "apple juice" taste and also don't like the after beer taste lots of beers leave after you take a sip. My friend introduced me to this small little place in the Dallas Bishop Arts District, called Bishop Cider Co. and immediately feel in love. This small little hidden place is should be exposed more. With a place that only serves and brews their own Cider, their selection was amazing, their ciders are delicious, and their friendliness is on another level. They make you feel so welcome. I ended up trying their Strawberry Cider which was great. You can either get a cup or 4 samples of different ciders for about $10 bucks. Definitely will turn me into a regular.
